ReplyDeleteMy thoughts exactly. Trax on the Trail has been up and running since at least the spring, is collaborative, and represents music scholars from a number of disciplines and backgrounds. How about some love for that?
ReplyDeleteThe Trax database indexes thousands of videos, press items and academic articles that are relevant to the queston of music's role in the election, an excellent resource for anyone conducting research in campaign music.
ReplyDeleteBe aware that the Library of Congress classification manual has a shelf listing for campaign songs in which—in theory at least—all such material is shelved.
